DESCRIPTION

In this episode, Aphrodite Gonou, Contemporary Art Program Advisor at the Museum of Cycladic Art, talks with Jessica Morgan, Director at the Dia Art Foundation in New York, about the exhibition “The Last Grand Tour” that Morgan curated in 2011 for the Museum of Cycladic Art in Athens, Greece. They discuss how the exhibition brought together for the first time works by internationally renowned artists who lived and worked in Greece during the twentieth century. As the conversation broadens, Morgan discusses her role and challenges as director at the Dia Art Foundation and her ongoing interest in the peripheries of the art world.
