Archaeogical Contributions Vol E: Crete – Greek Edition
The Museum of Cycladic Art presents the fifth volume of its publication series “Archaeogical Contributions”, dedicated to the archaeology of Crete and, more specifically, to the excavation and research work conducted by the Ephorate of Antiquities of Lasithi and the Foreign Archaeological Schools in eastern and central Crete.
The volume brings together ten original studies by distinguished Greek and international scholars, shedding light on aspects of Cretan antiquity from the Paleolithic period through to modern historical times, while presenting new discoveries, important research data, and contemporary approaches to archaeological investigation. This publication forms part of the Museum’s Cycle of Lectures, which since 2009 has showcased the work of the Ephorates of Antiquities and the Foreign Archaeological Schools in Greece, contributing to the dissemination of archaeological knowledge to both the scholarly community and the wider public.
