Curated walk “Discovering Kallos at the Urban Landscape”

From the Hilton Hotel to the Blue Apartment Building, a few blocks of dense Athenian history and activity intervene: buildings, streets, squares, personalities and narratives leave their mark and compose the physiognomy of the modern city, as well as our everyday life. Is there beauty in urban space? And how is it defined?

From the very well-known to the hidden landmarks of the modern city Cycladic Friends were re-introduced to Athens, its history, the aesthetic perceptions of its inhabitants, its prominent touristic face, attempted to give meaning to “beauty” in the urban landscape.

Cycladic Friends enjoyed a curated private tour at the historical center of Athens and discovered some of the most interesting stories that shaped the unique diversity and urban aesthetics of Athens.
