This online lecture focused on interpersonal relationships as a mental health determinant. Psychology as a scientific discipline, claims that the quality of our relationships with others affects our mental and emotional resilience and our ability to respond to stress and to internal or external, social and environmental crises we all face throughout life.

Aspects of effective communication that lead to the improvement of personal, educational and professional relationships and the strengthening of mental resilience were analyzed, while examples of museums’ contribution to this end were cited. Finally, the impact of online communication with a focus on adolescence and post-adolescence was explored as well as the effects of new ways of relating, as identified in different studies.
