Niki Kostika

Niki Kostika has been working at the Museum of Cycladic Art since January 2025 as Director of Finance.

She has extensive experience in financial management and the administration of organizations and businesses. From 2014 to 2025, she worked at the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE), where she held the position of Director of Finance and Administration. She was responsible for the overall financial management of three organizations within the Group, overseeing budgeting and financial reporting, as well as designing and implementing internal control and tax compliance procedures.

Previously, she served as Head of Finance and a founding team member of Yoleni’s, contributing to the development of the company’s financial and operational systems and the implementation of its business plan. She has also worked in various management positions in the private sector, focusing on accounting, financial operations, and process optimization.

She holds an MBA in Business Administration from Alba Graduate Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia. She is currently completing the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification program from the Institute of Management Accountants.
