“Portraits with all the senses”

FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN AGES 2-4 YEARS OLD

THE PROGRAM

At this year’s first workshop, parents and children will draw inspiration from two works in Marlene Dumas’ Cycladic Blues exhibition, to create their own original portrait.

The tender relationship between a parent and their child will be captured on a large sheet of paper, with materials that will stimulate all the senses. Paints, aluminum foil, herbs, pom-poms, fruits, and more will be arranged in whatever way each pair chooses.

How many ways are there to portray this relationship between a parent and their child?
What feeling will stand out?

You will have to come and see for yourself. We look forward to welcoming you for the warmest hugs!

PS: Kids, wear comfortable everyday clothes and get ready to get messy — because we definitely will!
