Opy Zouni – “The Age of the Image”

She once stated: “The artist is an image producer, and the ‘age of the image’ is here.”

Her geometric Greek works reflect harmony, order, and poetic transformation of space. Her work is full of references to architecture, which she uses to create spaces rich in color that cause peace and tranquility to the observer. Guided by the special relationship between art and mathematics, her work exudes balance and order.

In this workshop, we will study Zouni’s use of shape and structure, then reimagine her “images” as three-dimensional geometric environments and colorful architectural landscapes, blending art and math to create peaceful, balanced compositions.
