THE WORKSHOP
«Discovering the Art of a Balanced life»
Among the many aspects of the female experience lies a constant quest: how can different roles and responsibilities be combined with personal freedom and dreams? This pursuit of balance is not new; it is a challenge that has accompanied women for centuries, from the unsung heroines of the past to the complexities of contemporary life.
Within the framework of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to recognize the parallels between ancient stories and their own experiences: the demands of family, the pressures of work, the need for personal creativity and autonomy. Through storytelling and exchange, attention will be given not only to the difficulties but also to the strategies each woman invents to maintain her inner harmony.
The workshop aims to highlight this ongoing journey, offering inspiration as well as practical tools to support women in the present and to help them envision their future with greater confidence and fulfillment.
