Cycladic Trips | Crete

Crete is one of those places that cannot be described as the sum of its stops, because what defines it lies in the relationship between landscape and history, in a memory that endures and constantly returns to the ground that gave it birth. On this journey, Cycladic Friends approached Crete not as a “destination” but as a field of experience, where Knossos and the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, Spinalonga, Phaistos and Gortyn, Eleutherna and Arkadi, Zakros and the hinterland of Psiloritis together form an itinerary that allowed them to see culture at its natural scale, in the light of Crete.
