Ceramic Communion Workshop

Ceramic Communion was an experience hosted at Bipolar Studio with the sole purpose of channeling thoughts and emotional charges through clay forms. It was a guided ceramic experience that sought to create an interactive link between clay, experience and well-being.

Ceramic Communion began with a guided meditation, so that we could connect with the clay body and allow it to transform into an extension of our fingers. Through meditation, we focused on an emotion that flooded us and prompted us to create an intention, which we allowed to take shape through the clay. Our goal was to create our own “idols” and our own “altars”, as dedications to our emotions and the time we dedicate to managing them.

Tea, nibblings, clay and many moments of creative meditation were served.
