“The Sounds of the Universe”

Explore her pioneering abstract art, filled with colorful spirals and mysterious symbols, and craft your own sculptures that resonate with the sounds and symbolisms of the universe.   In 1842 she began her studies at the Stockholm School of Fine Arts, where she created works according to the aesthetic standards of the time, such as elegant portraits and idyllic landscapes.

But secretly, in her studio, she created works of abstract art that exuded a mysterious atmosphere and showed her admiration for the greater universe. These works are among the first examples of abstract art in Europe! In this workshop we will swirl in the airy and mysterious world of Hilma Af Klint and make sculptures that hide sounds and symbolisms.
