“Anni Albers. Weaving, Bauhaus and Feminism”
ART REFLECTS OUR WORLD
FOR CHILDREN 7-10 YEARS OLD
THE PROGRAM
Anni Albers was among these women, and through her artworks and determination, she managed to bring visibility to other women artists and establish weaving as one of the Fine Arts.
In this workshop, the children will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the geometric patterns and traditional techniques employed by Anni Albers. They will also discover her body of work as a whole, which changed our perception of the art of weaving.
PS.: Children need to wear casual and comfy clothes and be ready to get messy, as we will definitely get messy!
