Students attend an online guided tour of the Museum’s exhibitions by museum educators and are invited to ask questions, interact and participate in various activities during the tour.
Therefore, students from all over the world can now visit the Museum!
THE PROGRAM
Why are Cycladic figurines made from marble? How were they produced? Did they have any colors? How did ancient Cycladic islanders live? What did they do for a living?
The answers to such questions shall be delivered during the Museum of Cycladic Art program “Cycladic Culture”. Children are invited to virtually visit the Museum’s exhibition of Cycladic Art, browsing through major Cycladic figurines and other exhibits. At each point, a different theme is presented while students are invited to ask their own questions to our museum educators and design major exhibits.
