\n Opy Zouni was a pioneering Greek artist known for exploring the intersection of art, architecture, and mathematics. She eloquently expressed the concerns of European artists of her time, who were looking for an experiential art that transforms reality in a poetic way. \n <\/div>\n \n \n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n
\n
\n

She once stated: “The artist is an image producer, and the ‘age of the image’ is here.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Her geometric Greek works reflect harmony, order, and poetic transformation of space. Her work is full of references to architecture, which she uses to create spaces rich in color that cause peace and tranquility to the observer. Guided by the special relationship between art and mathematics, her work exudes balance and order.<\/p>\n

In this workshop, we will study Zouni\u2019s use of shape and structure, then reimagine her \u201cimages\u201d as three-dimensional geometric environments and colorful architectural landscapes, blending art and math to create peaceful, balanced compositions.<\/p>\n\n \n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
