\n The Museum of Cycladic Art will offer a unique museum experience for teachers and students at schools in Santorini!\n <\/div>\n \n \n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

On the occasion of the exhibition \u201cKykladitisses: Untold Stories of Women in the Cyclades\u201d, organized by the Museum of Cycladic Art in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and the Ephorate of Antiquities of the Cyclades in Athens and now presented at the Archaeological Museum of Thera, The Museum of Cycladic Art, in collaboration with the Municipality of Thira, is organizing a series of activities aimed at both the education community and the general public of Santorini.<\/p>\n

Specifically, the Museum of Cycladic Art will offer a unique museum experience for teachers and students at schools in Santorini by creating interactive routes within the exhibition of the Archaeological Museum of Thira.<\/p>\n\n \n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Experiential seminar for teachers<\/h3>
Teachers will have the opportunity to experience the exhibition “\u201cKykladitisses: Untold Stories of Women in the Cyclades\u201d through an interactive tour. The aim of the tour is to focus on selected exhibits and stories and to create an educational tour for students. This way, teachers will be able to visit the exhibition with their students and learn about the role of women in the Cyclades, both in private and public life, over the years.

Educational program for students<\/h3>
Students will be transported through time as they tour this evocative exhibition, learning about the multifaceted roles of women in the Cyclades. From prehistoric goddesses embodying nature and motherhood to protectors of sailors and contributors to the Greek Revolution, the exhibit highlights the evolving societal roles of Cycladic women. Participants will discover how these women navigated private and public life in different historical periods, contributing to the shaping of modern Greece.

\r\nThrough engaging storytelling and selected artifacts, the workshop encourages curiosity and dialogue, inviting participants to ask questions and draw connections between the past and present.
