THE PROGRAM<\/h2> <\/header>\n\n \n

\n The Museum of Cycladic Art will implement four workshops aimed at beneficiaries of mental health organizations. The workshops will combine an interactive guided tour of the exhibition Jeff Koons: “Venus” Lespugue with an art-based therapeutic workshop.\n <\/div>\n \n \n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

Within the framework of the dialogue between the Paleolithic \u201cVenus\u201d figurines and Jeff Koons\u2019 sculpture Balloon Venus Lespugue (Orange)<\/em>, (2013 – 2019) participants will have the opportunity to explore, in a safe and supportive environment, issues of identity and personal memory, as well as their relationship with the body and their self-image.<\/p>\n

The notion of the \u201creflection\u201d of the self in the work of art will constitute a central axis of the workshops. Through the silent observation of Koons\u2019 sculpture and visual art activities using clay and other materials, participants will have the opportunity to reconnect with themselves and express their emotions creatively.<\/p>\n\n \n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
