The Museum of Cycladic Art, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture marked the tenth anniversary of the death of the actor Dimitris Horn with an exhibition dedicated to the life and work of the important actor.
The exhibition included personal items, photographs, costumes and audio-visual material on the charismatic, popular cinema and theatre actor of the 1950s.
His actual dressing room was brought from the "Dimitris Horn Theatre"
to the Museum, where it was reconstructed and displayed as part of the
exhibition. The Theatre Museum and the National Theatre lent costumes
used for performances. Programmes, posters and magazines from the large
archive of Dimitris Bayeris, as well as objects and photographs from the
Theodosis Isaakidis archive were also displayed.
