Aliki - Marcadia Lampropoulos was born in Athens in 1986. She studied Economics and Management at Oxford University and graduated in 2006. She then moved in London where she earned a Master’s of Science degree in Management and Regulation of Risk at London School of Economics in 2007.

From 2007-2014 she worked in EFG Asset Management in London as a Fund Analyst and was also involved in the internal restructuring of the various the locations. Whilst living in London she co-founded and co-chair Love Rocks - a fundraiser for Greek charities. Over 5 years she raised over 1 million EUR that were distributed in different charities. In 2014 she moved back to Athens where she worked at the Niarchos foundation at the social welfare programs department.

In 2015 she started working at the Museum of Cycladic Art as Head of International Development. In this position she founded the International Young Patrons program and has been chairing it since then. Her other focus has been the development, planning and funding of all access and social responsibility programs of the museum. Other areas of activity include strategic development and promotion of the Museum in Greece and abroad, fundraising, young patron trips and events.

She also sits on the boards of St. Catherine Foundation and of Elpida Youth.
